Ms. Veronica Fair, Assistant Principal

Veronica Fair

Shirley C. Heim Middle School is thrilled to welcome Ms. Veronica Fair as our new Assistant Principal! A proud native of Hampton, Virginia, Ms. Fair brings a deep commitment to student success and a heart for service to the Timberwolf community. As a military wife, she’s had the privilege of working with students around the world and is excited to return to her home state to serve the community that helped shape her own educational journey.

Ms. Fair began her career in education as a school counselor, where she built a foundation rooted in student support and relationship-building. Her passion for empowering students and collaborating with families inspired her to move into school leadership. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every Timberwolf can thrive.

Outside of school, Ms. Fair enjoys spending time with her husband, Tommy, visiting their three children—J.T., Tommy, and Chasity—going for walks, and relaxing at the beach. She believes in the power of strong school-family partnerships and looks forward to working together with the Heim staff, students, and families to make this year exceptional.

Welcome to the pack, Ms. Fair!
